Elgin Junior Service Board

Elgin Junior Service Board has adopted the project "Cinderella's Closet" from Junior League of Kane and DuPage Counties on April 10, 2010.  This will replace JSB's "Wish Upon a Wardrobe".   JSB will host and run this event in 2011 with support and guidance from JLKD (www.jlkd.org).

Elgin Junior Service Board nominates Jennifer Prise for the Margaret Hillis Award for the Arts.

The YWCA Elgin hosts its 27th annual Leader Luncheon on Thursday, May 13 at The Seville in Streamwood. Keynote speaker is the first lady of Wisconsin, Jessica Doyle. The popular Leader Luncheon is attended by hundreds of community leaders, business and nonprofit agency representatives, and community volunteers who acknowledge and honor women in the Elgin area that have made significant contributions to the community.
